A Total Gut and Makeover for a Wyndemere Home

This four bedroom, three bath, plus office Wyndemere home was gutted and completely updated. In addition to the extensive interior work, the outdoor kitchen, pool, and surrounding area also received significant, contemporary upgrades. The project involved:

• Structural framing modifications in order to incorporate siding doors across the back of home to the pool area.
• New tile flooring, solid core doors, and architectural moldings throughout.
• Built-in cabinets and shelving.
• New kitchen with high-end appliances including Subzero wine cooler.
• New bathrooms and upgraded closets.
• New outdoor kitchen.
• Pool and spa refinishing, new pool and spa tile, and natural stone decking.
