Extensive Makeover of a Tiburon Purchase

Sonrise performed an extensive makeover to a purchased home consisting of 3-bedrooms, 3.5 baths plus a den located in the Tiburon golf community. The project began with opening the floor plan by removing multiple structural walls. The work featured a reconfigured and upgraded kitchen, upgraded baths and closets, new hardwood flooring, and upgraded electricals and lighting. The outdoor area received an upgraded outdoor kitchen, a new pool deck, and new landscaping. Many other miscellaneous improvements were included in the project.
